Mother Failure

Today was Mason's first preschool field trip to the Sunnyvale Library. I went as a chaperone and it's a good thing I did. To avoid getting too rant-y, I'll just say that it didn't happen and we left early. It was one of the many times I've a) felt like a huge parenting failure and b) wished that my kid could just be normal and act like the other kids. I hope that he gets evaluated by Stanford sooner rather than later so that he can get services, because his behavior seems to be getting worse. =(
On a positive note, Sunnyvale has a very nice library!
